Meditation is one of the power powerful and most supported forms of stress relief and health enhancement.
It is supported by every community across the board from the Scientific and Medical Experts, the Scholastic and Research Departments, Psychological, Metaphysical, Physical and everyone in between. They all agree: people who meditate live longer, happier lives, have less stress and are able to handle life's challenges with greater peace and discernment.
This being said, there are so many forms and variations of meditation, that it is often confusing for people who are new to the practice, to know where to start!
That is a huge aspect of the yoga that I teach and practice, the integration of meditation into daily living, into your every moment waking existence and experience in this life.
But first, before we leap ahead to the state of mastery, we start small and with baby steps we learn to walk. We explore the inner dimensions of our minds and we gain a wider perspective about our lives and others around us as well. When we venture into the practice of yoga and deep mental awareness, we enter into a vast portal of possibility that is ever expanding and limitless simulatanenously.
