Recipe Submissions for the Total Transformation Diet Book

Have you heard the exciting news? Dashama is putting together the Total Transformation Diet Book which will be full of super healthy, delicious, inspiring recipes to help you on your journey to being the best you that you can be. Here's the best part - you get to participate!


If you're a whiz in the kitchen, are well-versed in Dashama's Three-Stage Energy Diet as seen in Level 3, and want to share your recipes, you can submit them for consideration for the recipe book! 


First make sure you've read the guidelines for this contest by reading them below. Once you're familiar with the rules, simply submit your recipes as a blog post. Doing this takes a few seconds of set-up time but it's really simple - first, make sure you're logged in! Then simply create a profile for yourself by going to "login" and "my profile". That's all there is to it! From there you can create a post by going to "community", "blog", and "make blog". Type up your recipe submission, add a photo, and submit!

 

We'll all be able to test drive the submitted recipes and then vote on our favorites. Once the best of the best are chosen, they'll be compiled into the recipe book and will be available for purchase so stay tuned!

What we need:

Dashama's Total Transformation Diet Book  will be chock full of recipes to cover all three levels of the Three Stage Energy Diet as well as the optional fourth level for detoxing.  We need to compile enough recipes to cover breakfast, lunch, supper, and snacks for each day of the month and while we already have some very tasty recipes, we're turning to our amazing community to help us out too.

 

If you have a recipe (or several!) that can fit into one of the four levels you can submit it for consideration in the final recipe book.

Here are the guidelines:

 

 

  • You must be familiar with Dashama's Three Stage Energy Diet
  • The recipes must of course be healthy - no deep-fried or processed food!
  • They don't necessarily have to be vegetarian or raw, depending on the level you're going for
  • Basic ideas of recipes we're looking for: raw, vegetarian, vegan, detox, and recipes you might find during the first phase of the South Beach Diet
  • They should be delicious and appealing so people will want to make them
  • Although complex recipes are fine, simple recipes are appreciated too, because they'll appeal to people who are making a big lifestyle change
  • Photos are necessary!
  • If the recipe is not your own please cite your source
  • Please specify the level of the Three Stage Energy Diet your recipe is for

 

fruits.jpgWhile we can't compensate you monetarily, if your recipe is chosen it will be included with your name, a URL if you have one, and you will be able to know that you're helping someone take those first steps  to a healthier lifestyle!

 

This is going to be a lot of fun and your selected recipes will reach a lot of people. Hop on into your kitchen, pull out what you've got and wow us with your delicious food power!

 

Deadline for submissions is July 1st, 2010.
