Ok, so you've decided to go for it.
Transform fully enrolled in the 30 Day Yoga Challenge & the 3 Stage Energy Diet.
Now what?
This page is created to make everything very
CLEAR, SIMPLE to FOLLOW and to ENSURE your SUCCESS.
STEP 1: Make the Mental Commitment. If you don't do this, none of the other steps that follow this one will mean anything to you. Your MIND is the most POWERFUL tool you have been blessed with. It can also be the most DANGEROUS enemy, robbing you of your success and blocking you from achieving your goals. DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT- and WRITE IT DOWN. Be as specific as possible. Do this on the Lifestyle Evaluation Analysis Form included in the Daily Health Journal. Just DO IT.
Some examples to include in your goals list:
*Lose excess pounds that are weighing you down.
How much? 10 lbs By when? 30 Days from now.
*Increase energy naturally.
How? Consume more super foods from the list on this site. Exercise more often- at least 30- 60 minutes daily. Sleep better/more hours at night- at least 7-8 hours minimum.
*Quit addictive behavior.
Like what? Smoking, Drinking alcohol, Drinking coffee. Over eating or consuming Junk Foods when you are not even hungry.
*Over-come tendency to be LAZY.
How?
Create Discipline.
How?
Follow the 30 Day Yoga Challenge program each day for 30 Days. They say it takes 21+ days to establish a new habit, since it is after that period of time your neurons in your brain can become "Rewired" to operate in a new pattern. Create new PATTERNS that support your health, happiness and prosperity in all areas.
*Improve Flexibility/Gain Muscular Strength.
How?
Practice Yoga & do cardiovascular exercise- run, swim, speed walk, hike, bike, dance.
Step 2: Keep a Journal During the 30 Days. Each day write down your goals/intentions for that day. Then at the end of the day, or throughout the day, write what you did. What you ate. In what ways you slipped up. Don't beat yourself up if you are not perfect. Congratulate yourself if you do something on your list though!
Step 3: Practice along with the 30 Daily Yoga Videos that are coming into your email box. Also, save these, so you can refer back to the ones that you really enjoy. Do them when you open the email, don't put it off or you may not end up doing it. Feel free to forward them to your friends to encourage their health and happiness as well :)
Step 4: Follow the 3 Stage Energy Ascension Diet Program. The full details about this diet are listed on this site under that link. You will also receive some videos that will give you an idea of some potential meal options, and how this program can be very easily integrated into your life. You don't need a gourmet chef, a lot of money or a lot of time. Just a willingness to do what it takes and some commitment to your own personal Transformation.
Step 5: Practice along with the "Transform Your Life with Yoga" full length DVD a minimum of 3 times a week, or if you can, every day. This is ensure maximum results, weight loss, flexibility, stress relief and health improvement. You will start each day feeling great and begin to feel even better as days progress. By day 30- you won't want to go another day without yoga in your life! Being more centered, focused, happy, healthy and balanced, you will become more clear about your life purpose, your relationships will improve and you can begin to see opportunities to help others around you in ways you may not have noticed before.
Step 6: Read a chapter from "Journey to Joyful" each day. Follow along with the exercises at the end of each chapter and really allow yourself to embrace the teachings, wisdom and philosophy that has been handed down from masters for thousands of years. This is possibly the most important aspect of the 30DYC program, as it is the mindset, the knowledge and understanding of how to perceive and approach LIFE that will enable you to FEEL yoga LIVE yoga and BREATH yoga into your daily life, your relationships and your feeling of connectedness to all things, all people and the Supreme Source.
