Namaste!

I just returned from California, where I had the wonderful opportunity to connect with many members of our community! Wonderful people of love and light, working on expanding their awareness more each moment, and sharing this joy and light with others :)

Wow! What a blessing :)

So, we are half done with June’s 30 Day Yoga Challenge.

How is it going for you?

Please post comments about how you are doing as well as any questions you may have.

We will be doing this 30 Day Yoga Challenge again in September for National Yoga Month!

So, if you are just getting excited about this, you will be excited to know it is not over forever in 15 days:)

My intention is for us to continually evolve this community and connect more, grow together and spread the love, joy, transformation and healing of yoga with all the world.

Feel free to let me know which are your favorite videos, so I will know what you enjoy most and what to make more of for you in the future.

Love, light, blessings and bliss,

Dashama

I’ve lost up to 40lbs in one year. I’ve decided to take the long road to my success. Through diet, exercise, and a complete change of my overall attitude. I believe this is the only true way to be effective in weight loss. I strongly believe this is the best method for weight loss. I’ve done this on my own being African American I have no friends or family support system who are interested in losing weight except through some fast weight loss scheme or trying to obtain surgery. Although, these services are not effective and in time usually within 5 years they gain the weight back. I’m very appreciative of your services. Especially, since I’ve been stuck on the last 30lbs which is around my hips and butt. You’re videos have been awesome for these trouble areas.

    Thanks again.
